FAQs

1. Are wheeled wardrobes suitable for carpeted floors?

Yes, wheeled wardrobes can be used on carpet, but thicker piles may make movement slightly harder. Opt for larger, smooth-rolling castors to improve glide and reduce drag. Locking wheels also help keep the unit stable once positioned.

2. Do open wardrobes collect more dust?

Open wardrobes may gather dust more quickly than enclosed units because garments are exposed to air circulation. Regular light cleaning and garment covers can help maintain freshness. Placing the wardrobe away from windows or high-traffic areas also reduces build-up.

3. Can you use an open wardrobe as a room divider?

An open wardrobe can work well as a subtle room divider, especially in studio flats or shared spaces. Choose a sturdy frame with balanced shelving so it looks neat from both sides. Styling it thoughtfully keeps the space feeling organised rather than cluttered.
