Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
Follow the steps below carefully to assemble the AIYAPLAY Baby Clothing Rack correctly. Complete each step in order before moving on to the next.
Step 1: Assemble the Storage Box Frame (First Three Sides)

- Place one Short Side Panel (1) upright on a flat surface, with the pre-drilled holes facing inward.
- Position two Long Side Panels (2) on the left and right sides of the short panel, aligning the pre-drilled holes.
- Insert Barrel Nuts (B) into the inner holes of the long side panel(2), making sure the nut openings align with the bolt holes.
- From the outside of the short side panels(1), insert Bolts (A) and thread them into the barrel nuts(B).
- Hand-tighten the bolts only. Do not fully tighten at this stage to allow for alignment in later steps.
You should now have a U-shaped three-sided frame, as shown in the diagram.
Step 2: Install the Bottom Panel

- Take the Bottom Panel (3) and hold it horizontally.
- From the open side of the frame, slide the panel inward along the internal support ledges as shown in image.
- Push the panel fully into place until it sits flush with the side panels.
- Ensure the bottom panel lies flat and level inside the frame.
Step 3: Close the Storage Box

- Take the remaining Short Side Panel (1).
- Position it on the open side of the frame, with the pre-drilled holes facing inward.
- Insert Barrel Nuts (B) into the inner holes of the long side panels(2).
- From the outside of the short side panel(1), insert Bolts (A) and thread them into the barrel nuts.
- Once all four sides are connected and properly aligned, evenly tighten all 8 bolts. Then fully tighten all the nuts.
Ensure the storage box is square, stable, and free of gaps.
Step 4: Attach the First A-Frame Leg Assembly

- Place the storage box upright on the floor.
- Take one Outer Leg (4) and one Inner Leg (5).
- Position them on the left side of the storage box (when facing the front) to form an inverted A-frame as shown in image.
- Align the upper ends of the two Legs and secure them together using 1 Screw (D) with Hanging Rod (6) as shown in image.
- Now align the pre-drilled holes on both Legs with the mounting holes on the storage box.
- Secure each Leg to the storage box using 2 Screws (C) per Leg (4 screws total). Do not fully tighten yet.
Step 5: Install the Outer Legs and Secure the Hanging Rod

- Take the remaining Inner Leg (5).
- Position it vertically on the right side of the storage box (when facing the front), as shown in the diagram.
- Align the pre-drilled holes on the Inner Leg with the mounting holes on the top of the storage box.
- Secure the Inner Leg to the storage box using 2 Screws (C).
- Do not fully tighten yet, leave loose for alignment in the next step.
Step 6: Final Assembly, Accessories & Safety Check

Complete the Second A-Frame Leg Assembly:
- Take the remaining Outer Leg (4).
- Position it diagonally on the right side of the storage box (when facing the front), mirroring the left-side Outer Leg from Step 4.
- Align the lower end of the Outer Leg with the base of the storage box and secure using 2 Screws (C).
- Align the upper end of the Outer Leg with the top of the Hanging Rod (6) and secure using 1 Screw (D).
- Fully tighten all screws and recheck all bolts, ensure nothing is loose.
Install Accessories:
- Hang the three Cloth Hangers (7) onto the Hanging Rod (6).
Stability Check:
- Gently press on the top hanging rod, storage box corners, and A-frame Legs to confirm the structure is stable and secure.
- Rock the rack gently side-to-side to ensure there is no wobbling.
