Verifying all parts before assembly ensures a smooth, uninterrupted build.
Step 1: Insert Wooden Dowels Into the Curved Bottle Holder Bars (Part ②)

- Lay all 8 Curved Bottle Holder Bars (②) on a clean, flat surface.
- Take the Wooden Dowels (B) you will use 16 dowels total for this step.
- Insert one Wooden Dowel (B) into each pre-drilled hole at both ends of every Curved Bottle Holder Bar.
- Push each dowel firmly into the hole by hand until it fits securely. No tools or hammer are required at this stage.
- Repeat this process for all 8 bars until all 16 dowels are installed.
Step 2:Attach the Curved Bottle Holder Bars (②) to the First Wine Side Support Frame (①)

- Position the Wine Side Support Frame (①) upright on a clean, stable surface.
- Take the Curved Bottle Holder Bars (②) that already have dowels installed at both ends.
- Align the dowel ends of each bar with the matching pre-drilled holes on the inside of the Wine Side Support Frame.
- Once the bars are aligned, insert the M5×27mm Screws (A) through the holes in the frame and into each bar.
- Tighten the screws gently using the Allen Key (C), leaving slight flexibility for attaching the opposite side frame later.
- Attach all 8 bars (②) into the frame one by one, ensuring the curved bottle slots face outward.
This completes the connection of all curved bars to the first Wine Side Support Frame and gets the structure ready for the next assembly stage.
Step 3: Attach the Second Wine Side Support Frame (①) and Complete the Rack

Repeat the same steps as in step 2 to complete the assembly.

FAQs
1. Can I disassemble the wine rack later without damaging it?
Yes, but work slowly. Remove all screws first, then gently pull the bars out without twisting too hard. Because dowels grip tightly, easing each connection gradually helps prevent wood splitting during disassembly.
2. What should I do if a wine rack dowel breaks during assembly?
Use one of the spare dowels included in the package. Remove the broken piece with pliers if needed and replace it with a new dowel. Ensure the new dowel sits straight, as angled dowels can affect alignment.
3. Why are my wine rack dowels loose, and will the rack stay stable?
Loose dowels can still hold securely once the screws are tightened through the frame. However, if a dowel feels extremely loose, rotate it gently to increase friction or use a spare one. Proper screw tension compensates for minor looseness.
4. Is it safe to move the wine rack after fully assembling it?
Yes, but always lift it from the bottom frame rather than pulling from the top bars. Moving it by the upper sections can loosen screws or stress the joints. Lift with both hands to keep the structure stable during relocation.
