FAQs

1. How can I make sure the coat rack stays stable over time?

Long-term stability depends on keeping the base fully tightened and checking the joints every few weeks. Bamboo and metal can loosen slightly with regular use, so periodic re-tightening helps maintain balance. Placing the rack on an even floor and using the anti-slip pads also prevents shifting.

2. What should I check first if the poles don’t align straight?

Misalignment usually occurs when the connector nut isn’t seated fully inside the lower pole. Remove the upper pole, reposition the connector, and lower it back down carefully. Ensuring both poles meet at a clean, centered point restores a straight vertical line.

3. What’s the best place to put the coat rack for everyday use?

Choose a low-traffic indoor spot where it won’t be bumped or knocked over frequently. Placing it on a level surface near an entryway or bedroom corner works well. Avoid direct sunlight or areas with fluctuating humidity to keep the bamboo in good condition.
