STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY

Follow the steps below to assemble your Modern Accent Armchair with Wooden Frame properly and safely.

Step 1: Attach Arm Frames to Crosspiece

  • Position Left Arm-rest Frame (A) and Right Arm-rest Frame (B) facing inward.
  • Align Crosspiece (G) between the lower inner sections.
  • Insert the M8 × 60mm Screws (I) on both sides and tighten them using the Allen key (J).

Step 2: Install Seat Frame (Front)

  • Place the Seat Frame (D) between the arm frames.
  • Insert the M8 × 40mm Screws near the front of the seat first.
  • Tighten the screws to 70% using the Allen key (J).

Step 3: Install Seat Frame (Rear)

  • Insert the remaining M8 × 40mm Screws (H) into the back of the seat.
  • Use the Allen key (J) to tighten the screws to 70%.
  • Confirm that all components are properly aligned before proceeding.

Step 4: Install Back Frame

  • Position Back Frame (C) between upper rear sections of the arm frames.
  • Insert M8 x 40mm Screws (H).
  • Tighten the screws loosely using the Allen Key (J), do not fully tighten yet.
  • Keep connections adjustable.

Step 5: Secure All Hardware

  • Confirm full frame alignment.
  • Once alignment is confirmed, fully tighten all previously installed screws using the Allen Key (J).
  • Ensure no gaps remain at connection points.

Step 6: Cushion Expansion

  • Carefully open the compression packaging.
  • Remove Seat Cushion (E) and Back Cushion (F).
  • Allow cushions to expand for 24 hours before use.

Step 7: Install Cushion Covers

  • Close the zip completely.
  • Insert Back Cushion (F) into Back Cover (M).
  • Zip closed and smooth fabric evenly.

Step 8: Install Cork Pads

  • Insert Cork Pads (K) into designated holes on chair legs.
  • Press firmly until fully seated.
  • Confirm the chair rests evenly on the floor.

Step 9: Final Cushion Placement

  • Position Back Cushion (F) against Back Frame (C).
  • Adjust both cushions to ensure they are centred and aligned.
