Really great quality chairs, easy to put together.

Walk in polytunnel
This is the second one that I have purchased this one I'm using the frame only but wanted a spare cover aswell just incase. My first one has been up for some time now and is perfect.

long wait for delivery
I had to chase up delivery several times, it arrived a week after the base. It appears Aosom use separate shipping providers for some items which maybe good to be aware of, as I was concerned this item had been lost in transit. I received very good customer support when attempting to raise my concerns with them, and this was very prompt also. and they agreed a small credit to me for the delay - parasol arrived 7 days after the base and was v.well packaged. on inspection it is a very good quality...

I received very good customer support when attempting to raise my concerns with them, and this was very prompt also. and they agreed a small credit to me for the delay - parasol arrived 7 days after the base and was v.well packaged. on inspection it is a very good quality product which looks great now it’s up and provides plenty of shade for my seating. One criticism is the instruction leaflet as it was not that clear and it took me a good while to figure out how to put it together! But this is down to Outsunny who supply it.
I have ordered several times from Aosom and have positive feedback about them as a company and their excellent customer service support. This reflects my 5 star overall review as they were very responsive, very polite and helpful trying to rectify the delivery issues

Ordering: found ordering to be easy with email updates and tracking info supplied Assembly: instructions clear and easy to follow only tool needed was supplied and some spare screws etc. said build time 2 hours and 2 people required built in about 1 hour on own just need to be careful of glass topPackaging: slight damage to packaging when delivered but well packaged so furniture set okFeatures: chairs comfortable with or without cushions and good size table Looks: good quality and tinted glass table...

Looks: good quality and tinted glass table top goes well with the rattan but may get hot in summer sun
Value for money: seems good value for money
Only downside was 3 boxes and 2 delivered one day and the 3rd 2 days later would be better all same day

great dining set
the dining set is great and does not take too long to put together, well made, be careful and check the bolts are properly welded to the frames as I had 2 that the bolds kept rotating, but a a quick message to customer services sorted that to my satisfaction!
