Review Guidelines

We're always working to improve the Aosom experience for our customers, and your product reviews play a big part in that. As someone with first-hand experience, your feedback helps others make confident, well-informed choices. By sharing your opinion, you're not only helping us grow, you're helping other customers find what’s right for them.

Who can leave a review?

Only verified customers who have purchased the product can leave a review.
There are two ways to leave a review:

How do I leave a review?

· Log into your account, find your order, and select the product.

· Use the link in the review request email we send after your purchase.

 

You can leave a review for a limited time after a purchase.

 

What makes a helpful review?

We encourage reviews that are honest, detailed and relevant. To help others:

· Describe how the product worked for you

· Mention pros and cons

· Be specific e.g. size, ease of assembly, performance

· Keep it respectful and constructive

 

When a review may be rejected

 

We moderate all reviews before publishing. We may reject or remove reviews that:

 

· Don’t reflect a genuine product experience

· Are spammy or include advertising, links, or contact details

· Are off-topic or about a different product

· Include personal/confidential information

· Contain hate speech, offensive or obscene language

· Are defamatory or personal attacks

· Include political or irrelevant commentary

· Appear to be fake review

· Contain a rating that contradicts the written review (e.g. 5 stars with negative feedback)

We believe in transparency, through and through.
