Win Your PawHut Order for Free – Terms & Conditions

Order any PawHut product between 15 September and 29 October 2025 and share your pet’s story at the bottom of this page for a chance to win your order for free (up to £500).
To enter, you must:

1. Purchase any PawHut item from aosom.co.uk during the qualifying period.

2. Submit your pet story in the comments section below.

3. Subscribe to our newsletter.

We’ll pick one winner after the promotion ends. If you win, we’ll refund your full order value (up to £500) to your original payment method within 14 days.

Full terms are below.

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by MH Star UK Ltd, trading as Aosom UK, 27 Segro  Park Perivale, London, UB6 7RH (“Aosom”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

· The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

· Employees of Aosom UK, their families, agents, business partners, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion (including but not limited to dropshippers, trade customers, and marketing affiliates) are not eligible to enter.

· Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:

1. Purchase any PawHut product from www.aosom.co.uk between 15 September 2025 and 29 October 2025 (inclusive).

2. Submit a short story about their pet by leaving a comment at the bottom of the promotional page.

3. Subscribe to the Aosom newsletter using the same email address used to place the order.

All comments are public and visible on the Aosom website.

· Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK time) on 29 October 2025.

· Entries received after this time or which do not meet the requirements above will not be counted.

· Aosom accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or not received for any reason.

4. Qualifying Orders

· Orders must include at least one PawHut product.

· Orders that are returned or refunded before the winner is announced will not be eligible.

· Any fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious activity (including multiple accounts or false details) will result in disqualification.

5. The Prize

· One winner will receive a refund of their qualifying order value, up to a maximum of £500.

· The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming the winner.

· The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

· One winner will be selected by Aosom within 7 working days of the promotion closing date.

· The winner will be contacted via email using the address associated with their order.

· If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Aosom reserves the right to select another winner.

· The winner’s first name and pet story may be published on the Aosom UK website and social media channels.

7. General

· Aosom’s decision regarding all matters relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

· Aosom reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, if circumstances arise outside of our control.

· By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

· By submitting a comment/story, entrants grant Aosom the right to share or repost their story on Aosom’s website and social media channels for promotional purposes.

· Participants agree to hold Aosom harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

8. Data Protection

Personal information provided for this promotion will be processed in accordance with Aosom’s Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for administering the competition and communicating with entrants.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
