My new exercise bike
My doc told me to get an exercise bike for my cardio fitness. I looked around at some of the big established names and the usual online/social media outlets etc., all I could find were 2nd hand units that were a bit tired looking with no guarantees or much more expensive stuff aimed at Tour de France/Bradley Wiggins types, not for your ‘average Joe’☹️. I looked around at some of the big established names and the usual online/social media outlets etc., all I could find were 2nd hand units that were a bit tired looking with no guarantees or much more expensive stuff aimed at Tour de France/Bradley Wiggins types, not for your ‘average Joe’☹️. Then I saw this on Aosom. The summer sale price put it right in my range! It was delivered to my door by a very helpful and pleasant courier just 3 days after my order. It comes as several parts in one box and needed to be assembled. I was able to shunt the box into our spare room quite easily and empty it out on the carpet. The packaging was very tough and protected the parts very well. Putting the stand, main body, pedals, handlebars and saddle together is VERY easy and all the tools and nuts/bolts required are provided with the instruction book. The ONLY SLIGHT downside was that the instruction for fitting and setting up the electronic screen was a bit “skimpy” and unclear. However, after taking a step back and putting some thought into the issue, I managed to figure it out, no problem😁. I’ve been using it for about a week now and I’m so glad I bought this one! It was easy to set up for my measurements (6ft 3 and 16st/103kg). It’s incredibly quiet while you’re using it and it feels good and solid; no wobbling or feeling it’s too fragile. It even looks pretty smart, sat there when you open the room. The sensors on the handlebars and wheel feed all sorts of data to the screen, so you can track your time, distance, speed, pulse rate and calories used etc. (if you’re into all that). The handlebars and screen both have holders for a tablet or a mobile, so you can watch or listen to anything that helps you perform your best. I’ve been doing around 30+ mins per day and this beast just eats it up. You can vary the resistance to make it easier for warm up/cool down and then hill climb the Alps in middle. This thing is built to last and to keep up with your progress and growing capabilities, from beginner to expert. I love this bike and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely Dumbbell set
Very happy with purchase. A little cheaper than Amazon was selling it and arrived same day as it would have with Amazon too. Good selection of weights for a beginner and nice colours too!
