Aosom Calendar Quiz Promotion Official Terms & Conditions Promoter: MH Star UK Ltd (company number 07361121), trading as Aosom UK, registered office 1 Northampton Cross Logistics Park, NN4 9FH ("Aosom UK", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website Aosom.co.uk and the Aosom UK mobile application (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Aosom Calendar Quiz Promotion (the "Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Promotion Period and Channel 1.1 The Promotion runs from 00:00 (UK time) on 12 October 2026 to 23:59 (UK time) on 1 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). 1.2 The Promotion is available through the designated Aosom UK Calendar Quiz promotion page on Aosom.co.uk and through the Aosom mobile app. 1.3 Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for rewards or prizes. 2. Eligibility 2.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who hold a registered Aosom UK customer account. 2.2 The special product prize in Section 5 can only be delivered to an address in mainland UK. Participants whose delivery address is outside mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) may take part and receive discount rewards but are not eligible for the special product prize. 2.3 Employees of MH Star UK Ltd, any Dropshipper, group company, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible. 2.4 Participants must provide any information reasonably required to validate their participation and issue a reward or prize. 2.5 Aosom UK reserves the right to verify eligibility, including age and residency, and to refuse or cancel participation where these Terms are not met. 3. How to Participate 3.1 Participation is free. No purchase is necessary. 3.2 To participate, you must: (a) log in to your Aosom UK account, or create one free of charge; (b) subscribe to Aosom UK marketing emails, if you are not already subscribed; (c) access the Calendar Quiz promotion page during the Promotion Period; (d) answer the 12 quiz questions; and (e) submit your answers through the promotion page. 3.3 Only one entry is permitted per person. Each person may use only one account to take part. Only your first submitted entry will be valid for both the discount rewards and the special product prize. Any later entries will be disregarded. 3.4 You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after you have entered will not affect your entry, rewards or eligibility for the special product prize. 3.5 Each question has one correct answer. Your result is calculated from the total number of correct answers once you submit the quiz. 3.6 Your result and reward will be displayed after submission. 3.7 For the special product prize, your completion time is measured from the moment the first question is displayed to the moment your answers are submitted, as recorded by our systems. 4. Quiz Rewards 4.1 Participants will receive one of the following discount rewards, depending on the number of correct answers: Correct answers Reward 12 correct 15% off 8 to 11 correct 12% off 5 to 7 correct £15 off orders of £119 or more 0 to 4 correct £10 off orders of £79 or more 4.2 Each coupon is valid until for 1 week after issue. Minimum spend thresholds apply to the order value after other discounts and before delivery charges. 4.3 Coupons cannot be used on flash sale items and clearance items. Full exclusions are shown with the coupon. 4.4 Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold or combined with any other promotional code or offer. 4.5 Receiving a coupon does not guarantee the availability of any particular product. 5. Special Product Prize 5.1 Participants who answer all 12 questions correctly are eligible for the special product prize. 5.2 The eligible participants with the shortest completion times will receive one prize. Prize: Glass Panel Convector Heater (SKU: 820-425V70BK), RRP £246.99 (as of 30/09/2026). 5.3 Completion times are determined from the Promotion's recorded submission data. Aosom UK may review system records to verify results. 5.4 If two or more participants record identical completion times, the participant with the earliest submission timestamp will rank higher. 5.5 If fewer than three participants answer all 12 questions correctly, only those participants will receive a prize. 5.6 Aosom UK will contact each winner by email, using the email address linked to their account, within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period. 5.7 Each winner must reply within 72 hours of our email to accept the prize and provide a mainland UK delivery address and any information reasonably needed to verify eligibility. If a winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be offered to the participant with the next fastest eligible completion time, who will have the same 72-hour period to reply. 5.8 We aim to deliver prizes by 7 days after receiving address details. 5.9 The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value. 6. Winner Announcement 6.1 We will publish each winner's first name initial and their surname on our facebook page within 3 days of confirming the winners. 6.2 Winners may opt out of publication by telling us when they accept the prize. 7. Sharing 7.1 After completing the quiz, you may be given the option to share your result on social media. 7.2 Sharing is optional and does not affect your score, rewards or chances of winning the special product prize. 8. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct 8.1 Participants must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, multiple accounts or any other unauthorised method to complete the quiz, manipulate completion times or obtain additional rewards. 8.2 Any attempt to manipulate answers, submission records, completion times, rewards or any other part of the Promotion may result in disqualification. 8.3 We may withhold or cancel rewards and prizes where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, technical manipulation, fake or duplicate accounts, or other conduct intended to abuse or disrupt the Promotion. 8.4 Where a participant breaches these Terms, we may restrict their participation in this or future promotions and cancel any coupon issued to them. 9. Data Protection 9.1 Aosom UK is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with the Promotion. 9.2 We use your account details, quiz answers and completion time to run the Promotion, issue rewards, identify and contact winners, deliver prizes and prevent fraud. Winners' details will also be used as described in Section 6. 9.3 We will only send you marketing emails if you have separately opted in. Changes and Cancellation 10.1 We may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, or amend these Terms, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or legal requirements. We will not make changes that materially disadvantage participants who have already entered, unless we are required to by law. 10.2 Any changes will be published on the promotion page. 10.3 Aosom UK's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, made reasonably and in accordance with these Terms, is final. 11. Liability 11.1 Aosom UK is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical failure, network problems or any cause beyond our reasonable control. 11.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected. 12. Governing Law 12.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Participants resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
