Aosom UK App Flash Sale – Terms and Conditions

Promoter: MH Star UK Ltd, trading as Aosom UK ("Aosom UK", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website Aosom.co.uk and the Aosom UK mobile application (the "App").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Aosom UK App-Exclusive Flash Sale (the "Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Where these Terms are silent on a matter, or where an order is placed as a result of the Promotion, our standard Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and returns and refunds policy (available at Aosom.co.uk) will continue to apply in full. These Terms do not override or replace those policies.

1. Promotion Period and Channel

1.1 The Promotion runs from 20:00 on 15 July 2026 to 23:59 on 15 July 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

1.2 The Promotion is available exclusively through the Aosom UK mobile application. It is not available via Aosom.co.uk or any other channel. Users must be running the latest version of the App to participate; users on outdated versions may be unable to take part.

1.3 A dedicated Promotion page will appear on the App homepage from one hour before the Promotion Period begins, allowing users to preview participating products, indicative stock levels, and flash sale prices ahead of time.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to registered users of the Aosom UK app, whether new or existing customers, who are UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 Aosom UK reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel participation where these Terms are not met.

3. Participating Products and Pricing

3.1 The Promotion applies to a selected range of home, outdoor, and everyday essential products, together with selected summer clearance stock, as identified on the Promotion page within the App.

3.2 Flash sale prices cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, coupon, or voucher code.

4. Stock and Availability

4.1 All participating products are offered subject to available stock, which is shown in real time on the Promotion page.

4.2 Where demand for a product exceeds available stock, orders will be fulfilled on a strict first-come, first-served basis, determined by the time a successful order and payment is completed.

4.3 If stock is exhausted before an order can be fulfilled - including where technical delays mean an order is confirmed after stock has run out - that order will not be honoured at the flash sale price. In this circumstance, any payment already taken for the affected item will be refunded in full to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

4.4 We do not offer backorders or delayed shipping for out-of-stock Promotion items.

5. Purchase Limits

5.1 Purchases of each participating product are limited to between 1 and 3 units per user, as specified on the relevant product page within the App.

5.2 For the purposes of these Terms, orders placed using the same mobile number, account, delivery address, or payment method will be treated as originating from the same user, regardless of the account used to place them.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) that we reasonably believe involve the use of multiple accounts, bulk or bot purchasing, or other attempts to circumvent the purchase limits set out in this clause.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Users must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any other unauthorised means to participate in the Promotion.

6.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders and, where applicable, recover any goods or benefits provided, in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, fake orders, review manipulation, or other conduct intended to abuse or disrupt the Promotion. We also reserve the right to restrict a user's ability to take part in future promotions.

6.3 Where a user breaches these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent suspension.

6.4 Users are responsible for their own ordering errors, such as selecting the wrong product or entering an incorrect delivery address, in accordance with our standard Website Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes to the Promotion

7.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms, acting reasonably and within the bounds of applicable law, where necessary to reflect the level of participation or operational requirements. Any changes will be published on the Promotion page within the App and will take effect from the time of publication.

7.2 If the Promotion is disrupted or has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including network or system failure), we will notify users of any resulting changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Aosom UK accepts no liability for any loss arising from such disruption, save as required by law.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

9. General

9.1 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. Aosom UK reserves the right to make the final determination on any matter of interpretation relating to the Promotion, acting reasonably.
