Absolutely love this, its added an extra room to our house. Comfortable and cozy. We did have a part that was broken but customer service soon sent replacement part. My husband errected the frame, then once replacement part arrived he put on the roof, that was more fiddly and i did have to give him some help. Would advise anyone not good at diy to get help.

I bought two of these and I absolutely love them. They were really easy to put together. I did everything but the last piece by myself. I only needed someone to balance top part so I could attach it. I think they look so lovely and I would recommend them to everyone

This is a lovely piece kit, it is well made and strong, and above all looks good on the back of the bungalow. The Instructions could be clearer and use better English rather that pigeon English. A lot of the description is about putting the brackets up and very little about fitting awning itself. Tip 1 - The spacing of the brackets has a bit of leeway so you do not have to space at 186.5cm and the overall 373cm is also not critical- measure it yourself. Tip 2 - It is HEAVY, we used 3 men to lift it into place- take care Tip 3 - The retaining bolts that hold the awning in the brackets are entered from the bottom and the nuts go on top you can finger tighten these then extend the awning slightly, you will be able to get a spanner in a lot easier. The electric cable is very short ( approx ) 2M so it is likely that you will have to extend it, you will not be able to replace it due to the way it is sealed at the motor end. Note that is on the left as you look from the outside. The remote worked straight from the box - no programming fiddle It is up and has been used on several occasions, it looks good open and closed I am well please with this and would recommend it 100%

For extra shade added an extra cover. Worked out perfectly.

Never heard of this company before,good product range and had just what we where looking for downloaded the app and got a decent discount and points that convert to cash off any future purchases. ordered paid and gazebo delivered 4 days later, gazebo was packaged well not even a mark on the boxes. Delivery was fine and the guy even dropped in the back garden for me, took 2 of us a leisurely 5:hours to assemble just follow the instructions step by step and it was easy but you do need 2 of yous.

This item was at its best price on this site with the discounts, that's why I purchased it. It's not the easiest thing to build, but once it's up, it looks amazing. Im so happy with it. Absolutely brilliant item. Really compliments the whole garden. I'm so happy with it!

Great item took a bit longer than 3hrs to assemble but very worth it

Found Out Sunnny products to be very good quality easy to understand instructions and cushions very comfy. If you're buying keep a look out for a discount code often on their own website. Dog loves them too!
