Good value for money
Very sturdy and good quality. Instructions are not the greatest and its much easier to assemble using own tools as the ones provided are too small. Once completed, its a good product and performs as expected.

Great customer service
I ordered this as a Christmas present and delivery was advised between the 9th and 10th. the first box with the frame came with no problem on the 8th however the 2nd box didn't arrive and was sat at yodels hub, I emailed aosom via the contact form to enquire and they advised they will contact yodel to get it delivered in the next day or 2 for me. The next day yodel had for some reason sent it back to the sender so I replied to the email advising them of this with the screenshot and I had a very... Read more I ordered this as a Christmas present and delivery was advised between the 9th and 10th. the first box with the frame came with no problem on the 8th however the 2nd box didn't arrive and was sat at yodels hub, I emailed aosom via the contact form to enquire and they advised they will contact yodel to get it delivered in the next day or 2 for me. The next day yodel had for some reason sent it back to the sender so I replied to the email advising them of this with the screenshot and I had a very quick and swift reply especially with it being the weekend. They didn't know why It was returned but they sent out the box I needed straight away with a different delivery service called Tufnell's. They provided me with the delivery information and advised me it could take 2-3 working days to arrive. It arrived today the 13th after receiving this email from them yesterday the 12th.
Although yodel had let them down with the delivery the customer service was amazing with fast responses and fast results, I have opened the boxes and it looks to be as described and in very good condition, the bag is heavy and full of sand which is great as I wasn't expecting massive quality for the reduced price. I am completely amazed at the level of customer service and quality of the goods. The next step is to build it and hide it in the garage from my son until Christmas day (wish me luck lol) Read less

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. Have finally put it up. It is impressive. Stable in use and seems very sturdy. The actual punchbag is stuffed very well and evenly. The speed ball is pumped up with air. Pump is included. Satisfying to punch and the bag does not move easily. A bit like a brick wall. All the nuts and bolts are provided in a compartmentalised sealed packaging. On the back are descriptions of the bolt size and washer outlined on the underside of the compartment so easy to pick... On the back are descriptions of the bolt size and washer outlined on the underside of the compartment so easy to pick the right bits and pieces. All the struts are numbered so putting them together in the right order is not a problem. Some thin spanners are provided so in theory no personal tools are needed but I strongly recommend getting some decent spanners and screwdrivers to do the job. It will save a lot of time and sore hands. I was frustrated with one or two of the fixings and the instructions leaflet could be a little better set out. Overall however, I think this is probably as good as and probably better then anything you might get for home use and good value. I am impressed with it. Read less
