If you buy an item and later find the same product (same SKU) listed at a lower price on Aosom.co.uk during the Black Friday period, you can request a refund of the difference.

To make a claim:

Fill in the online claim form and include your order number.

Our team will review your request and contact you by email with the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If your claim isn’t approved, we’ll explain the reason.

New items only: The guarantee applies to brand-new products only. Clearance, refurbished, and flash sale items are excluded.

Valid pricing: The lower price must be publicly available on Aosom.co.uk during the Black Friday period, without using extra coupon codes, vouchers, or site-wide discounts.

Same conditions: The product must be available for immediate purchase under the same terms as your original order.

Flash sale or clearance products.

Orders made through guest checkout.

Multiple claims for the same SKU — only one claim per SKU per order is permitted.
