Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions


MH Star UK Ltd, trading as Aosom, is based in the UK and operates under UK law. We are committed to providing our customers with the best prices through our Best Price Guarantee policy.


Customers who purchase products from our website,, are eligible to submit a Best Price Guarantee claim if they find the same product at a lower price on another UK-based website within 30 days of their purchase.

Submission Criteria

The claim must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

The product found at a lower price must be identical to the purchased product (same brand, colour, size, etc.).

The price comparison must be based on the list price before any discounts or promotional codes.

The product on the other website must be in stock at the time of the claim.

If delivery is not included in the price, standard delivery charges must be added to the cost for comparison.

The other website must be a legitimate and genuine retailer based in the UK. Claims based on prices from resellers, such as those on eBay, will not be accepted.

Submission Process

Customers must submit their Best Price Guarantee claim via the designated form.

All claims must include sufficient information and evidence to verify the lower price (e.g., screenshots, URLs).

Review and Decision

We will review all claims within 3 working days of submission.

Our decision on the claim will be final and communicated to the customer via email.

Refund Process

If the claim is approved, we will refund the difference between the purchase price after any discounts or points used on and the verified lower price on the other website.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.


This policy does not apply to special promotions with limited stock.

The Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Aosom offers or discounts.

Business customers, dropshippers, and partners of MH Star are excluded from this policy.


MH Star UK Ltd reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
