I purchased 2 of the chairs for my parents to present to them both as a gift. Ordering was easy. The tracking updates could be better. It's best to create an account to be able to track. They were transferred to the courier, but not together. Only 1 was delivered, even though the driver said he'd seen the other chair at the depot. I planned to give the chairs to my parents at the same time, but this didn't happen with the delivery split up which was a shame. The 2nd chair arrived a few days later. You don't get a call or notification with a time... it just says it's due for delivery, even though they have a contact number. A message to say it's on it's way would be good. The chairs themselves are really good. They need to be put together once out of the large box that they arrive in. The fabric is lovely, and the colour good. They have a long power cable for the remote, that can be stored in the pouch pocket on the side of each chair. The chair rises the feet, then the back reclines, and you can stop it where you need to. You can also rise back up, and stop at an easy height for getting out to a standing position. The arms are nice and sturdy for pushing yourself up, or steadying yourself to sit down. They are a good size, and don't take up lots of space. Really pleased with my purchase and the Customer Service were easy to contact and very helpful when trying to track my delivery.

I've been looking for a storage footstool for a while and saw this one. It's brilliant. Comes neatly packed in a box and you just have to attatch the 4 legs which was simple to do. It's got 2 good hinges when you open the lid ,with a safety strap that stops the lid from opening too far. It's also a comfortable height to raise your legs if needed like I do. I cannot fault the storage footstool.

i am very happy with my purchase, it arrived in a matter of days, good quality and very easy to assemble, everything was clearly labelled which made the job easier and I never came across any problems. it looks much more expensive than it was.

Nice bar stools. Easy to put together and well packaged. The back is a little too raked to be ideal, but comfortable nevertheless.

I originally bought a white tips tree as it was half the price of a 'normal' tree! But I'm so glad I did. It's a really pretty tree. It was very easy to build and came down with no issues.
