I an really happy with my new floor standing kitchen unit , it was delivered fast infact within a few days of ordering it & is perfect although i will be staining / the wooden top black to match my kitchen but i knew that i would before i ordered it .

Headline: 5 stars for the AC performance, 0 stars for the frustrating customer service runaround! Review Content: I am writing this honest review after testing the AC during the current heatwave. I live in a studio flat, and the indoor temperature usually spikes dramatically whenever I cook. I turned this 10000 BTU unit on for two hours, and I could immediately feel a significant temperature drop. The room became much cooler and far less stuffy. As you can see in my uploaded photos: The unit arrived very securely packed with protective film on the control panel. The exhaust hose does get quite hot while operating, so setting up a proper window seal is essential to keep the heat out. I am currently using a temporary setup with reflective insulation to block the gap, which helps a lot. The continuous drainage function also works perfectly into a container from the back of the unit. Overall, the machine itself is a lifesaver and performs exceptionally well for the price. HOWEVER, the buying and customer service experience was atrocious. After ordering, the DPD tracking status was completely stuck on "we have not yet received your parcel" for days. When I contacted customer service to inquire or cancel, I was repeatedly ignored with completely unhelpful, copy-pasted template replies from offshore agents (with embarrassing typos like "Good aFTERNOON"). They completely ignored my refund requests until I had to issue a strict "Final Notice." Summary: The product itself is great and highly recommended if you need to survive the UK summer. But pray that your delivery goes smoothly, because their customer service is utterly useless and unprofessional.

I bought this at £243 but at checkout, there were two codes which brought the price down to £195, which is very good value indeed. It wasn't too bad to assemble and looks and works exactly as advertised. My wife is even using it. If there was an option for 4.5 stars, I would have gone with that, but 4 would be too low considering the fully assembled product and the price. It would would have lost half a star for two things: (1) the height is shown as 2m on the site but 2.1m on the instructions. I even phoned to check the height because my outdoor seating area is 2.02m high and the lady on the said it was 2m, but it's not. not a problem to most. and (2) the instructions and great until the bit for building the pulley system, then they are rubbish. Luckily I found a video on-line that showed me how to do it. One thing to note, there are only a few things that you can do: Leg extension (forward), chest press, chest fly and lat pull down, enough for me at 65, but worth pointing out.

Perfect fit for our entrance hall, and it looks superb. Straightforward and easy to assemble without needing any assistance. Highly recommended!

I am highly delighted with these two faux topiary trees. They look very realistic once I'd used some heat on them as recommended to fluff them up. They arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Although they were in lovely weighted pots I did cement them into larger pots as they were being positioned outside where it can be very windy. I would definitely recommend.
