Soft lighting
This is as pictured. It’s a reasonably good height (some just skim your head if you’re sat on the sofa). My only slight negatives are, 1) the metal casing gets hot (if you have kids that might touch it), and 2, no matter what wattage of bulb you put in , the light is quite dim. I also have the table lamps, and with all 3 on, it gives a warm look, but it’s not bright, so you’d struggle to read a book by it (or at least I would). That said , I am happy with them.
