Great Gate!
Keeps my pack where they should be. They can jump a regular sized gate, but not this one. Good, solid design. Nice and sturdy when fitted.

Excellent Customer Service
Order a couple of cat cave baskets. Unfortunately when they arrived, 1 was split at the base and broken off. Was surprised at the hours they were available to contact (think it was 10pm they were open to). Spoke to someone, asked for pictures. Confirmed by following morning that a replacement was being sent out. Whole process took only 3 days from problem to replacement arriving on my doorstep. Issues are an opportunity to show what customer service you can provide. Absolutely world class and very...
