This means you can perform push ups, sit ups, leg raises and curls etc. Steel forms the frame, with a tough powder coating for extra strength and protection. The main pad is filled with foam for comfort, with smooth upholstery to wipe clean easily. It's finished with anti-slip feet ends and can be folded to carry and store easily.
