Very Pleased
Having never heard of this company before I wasn’t sure what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried, my chairs arrived in the timeframe quoted. The box had a few holes in it but the chairs are heavy and we’re not damaged. The delivery driver was professional and helpful. I’m very impressive with the chairs especially for the price I paid. I’m planning to place more orders in the future. Thank you Aosom for selling affordable items.

Strong and comfortable chairs
Pleased with these chairs. Simple to order, arrived within two days. Would have given 5 stars but a couple of scratches on both chair arms. Couldn't be bothered to return. Overall very happy.

Absolutely fabulous chairs! I’ve just ordered two more!! Very sturdy and comfortable! Probably the best ones I’ve bought!Unfortunately the logistics and service definitely need improvement. The tracking was all over the place and although I paid for next day delivery they came a day late. Tracking was not accurate at any point and the customer service just diverted me to tracking, so didn’t actually resolve anything. Great Garden Chairs
Yep ordered my second set of chairs they came yesterday. I’ve only given 4 stars this time because they have a few Scratches and a dent on frame work. They are still the best chairs I have ever purchased and yes I will buy them again because I they look amazing around my Garden table. I now have 4 considering 2 more.

Once opened the chairs were already assembled so only had to open them out..I sat in each one & reclined them several times all in good working order on closer inspection one chair arm had some bubbling in the plastic..but overall great the seat pads are wide as I am on the larger side and I feel safe in the chairs..regarding the chair that had a slight default I emailed the company & sent a photo they were quick to get back to me and offered a partial refund of £20..this was fine as we are still able to use the chair..excellent prompt customer service for my first order would not hesitate to order again.
