So happy with our new hard top gazebo purchased from Aosom UK. Buying through Aosom UK resulted in the gazebo being heavily discounted which saved loads against our budget. It arrived as expected although the 3 parts got separated and the delivery driver came back a little later in the day to complete delivery but this didn't affect us. The gazebo construction is very solid and relatively straight forward as long as you follow the instructions and take your time - but easy enough. We have already... Terrible service
I've contacted Aosom as major parts was missing after 2 weeks I've still not heard from them when they said they will chase it with the delivery company and get back to me. Very disappointing as I had ordered it on time for an a party😡😡😡
